Product Technologies:

  • Ceramic Radiant Briquettes: These high-density ceramic briquettes are clipped in for effortless cleaning and ensure even heat distribution across the entire grilling surface. Flare-ups are reduced by keeping grease and oil away from direct flames. Further, any drippings will instead hit the briquettes and vaporize which returns flavors to the food.
  • Superior Construction and Finish: This grill is constructed of heavy gauge stainless steel manufactured in the USA to ASTM standards. All welded joints, seams and edges have been exquisitely polished.
  • Rotisserie System with Infrared Burner: The infrared burner in this system spans the back of the cooking area and provides consistent heat for cooking with included heavy-duty spit rod and spit forks. The rotisserie motor is compact and easy to remove when not in use.
