The gentle 130° simmer burner gives you more control over lower temperatures than standard burners, great for keeping sauces warm and melting chocolate. Enjoy full-motion grates to easily reposition pots and pans without lifting.
The interchangeable griddle and charbroiler add more flexibility to your range. Place the griddle or charbroiler anywhere on the range, interchange the two components based on the day's menu, and enjoy dual zone cooking with up to 40,000 BTUs of heat on four unique cooking surfaces. Within the oven are the innovative PowR Oven technology that allows for 40% faster preheating and a 30% increase in oven efficiency.
