The cooktop features 6 burners including 22,000 BTU UltraNova burners, 15,000 BTU Nova burners, and a precise 130° simmer burner. BlueStar's burners and full-motion grates are porcelain-coated cast iron for the ultimate in durability. Enjoy the extra-large convection oven with an 1850° infrared broiler that accommodates a full size 18 inch by a 26-inch commercial baking sheet. The unique oven baffle design and convection fan system result in even heat distribution for precise baking.
