Alfa's 4 Pizze Wood Burning Hybrid Kit offers fuel flexibility for these oven models. The kit's burner lid and wood holder, made from high-temperature AISI 441 stainless steel, allow you to switch effortlessly between gas and wood firing methods.

To use, simply cover the burner with the lid using the round peel through the slot (after shutting off the gas supply). Then, light the fire on the opposite side of the cooking chamber with the help of the wood holder to build up a great flame.
